When you text our office at (406) 709-5404, call and request a text follow-up, or submit a consented form on this website, you agree to receive conversational customer-care text messages from our office regarding your real estate inquiry — answers to your questions, appointment confirmations, and callback scheduling. An office assistant may respond to your messages; Ryan Berner personally follows up on every conversation.

Message frequency. Frequency varies by conversation. You will typically receive a small number of messages related to your specific inquiry or appointment.

Fees. Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier under your plan. We never charge you for text messages.

Opt out. Text STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive no further messages after a STOP request. Text HELP for help, or email ryan@westcompanies.com.

Privacy. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our SMS Privacy Policy on this website.

General. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
